We established the first long-term storage solution for lobster.

We were the first to use plastic lobster totes/crates to buy lobsters (1970 Swim’s Point)

We were among the very first to use rubber bands instead of lobster plugs which were used to restrain lobsters from pinching/crushing and maiming other lobsters and fishermen.

Among the first to use refrigeration in Atlantic Canada for long term lobster storage.

We were the very first to use plastic containers (tote pans) to ship lobsters by Air and return by sea container. We also return and reuse ice packs which results in tremendous monetary savings and are environmentally friendly.
